In July, Salt Lake City police showed up at the University of Utah hospital and attempted to get a blood sample from a car crash victim. However, because the officers lacked a warrant, nurse Alex Wubbels told the detective she wouldn’t be able to give police the sample. He later arrested Wubbels for her refusal.
